Mutantbreakz is a spanish group of electronic music formed by Ruben Bernal (Dj/producer) and Angel Tocino (producer/composer/keyboardist/Dj). They were quickly recognized at the breakbeat world by their performances at one of the biggest clubs of breakbeat music, the VISITORS club. After this they started their own radio program and they were nominated for the Spanish Breaks Awards. They started working with all big big Andalusian promotors of breakbeat music and got involved in the HIGH QUALITY project working with other musicians, creating a group who gives a new point of view to the break sound and to their public.
Mutantbreakz grow like foam and reach the stages showing their first live sets and release their first musical tracks under the label “NEED MONEY RECORDS", "RAT RECORDS", "HOT CAKES", "BOOTY BREAKS”,IBWT MUSCI,JUICE RECORDS etc. being right now producers and agents of “NEED MONEY RECORDS". They start receiving really good critics to their last tracks by the well-known musical magazine "DJ MAG". Right now their music is listened all over the world collaborating with Lady Waks in her radio show. They also participate at different Dj's competitions as judges. Nowadays their sets and lives are performed at stages in Spain (SUMMER FESTIVAL,WINTER FESTIVAL, HALLOWEENFESTIVAL, FLORIDANCE, ULTRANATION, SUNDAY BREAKS FESTIVAL, MADE IN SPAIN) and out of Spain in one of the most important summer festival of north's Europe called "Kazantip festival" (Ukraine) and some events in Saint Petersburg (Russia),kaliningrad (Rusia).New projects are coming with their join to IN BEAT WE TRUST, one of the biggest Russian promoters.
